On the Internet content is king and always will be.
This is because the Internet is the information superhighway and most people use it for information of some sort.

The information on a website is its content. Generally the more useful and interesting content a website has the more successful it will be. This is because more people will want to visit it again and again, this is especially true if a website is constantly adding more and more content on a regular basis be it blogs, articles, tutorials, news and opinion or whatever.

Search engines love sites that are constantly adding fresh content, they tend to spider those sites more often. Some websites add so much content to their site they get spidered almost daily! will be indexed the very next day.

Write articles about your products or service

Examples:
A new products has been released. Test it write a review.
Write an article on a topic you have some expertise.

Search engines only see text.

If you view the source code of any webpage you will see what a search engine spider sees.

Search engines cannot see images or flash compents.
Therefore when adding images to your website. Try to name them initally with at least one keyword.

For example your product image advertising for example a cd
Meatloaf "Bad out of Hell"

Instead of keeping the image the same name that was downloaded from your camera or a default name like image1.jpg /picture1.jpg etc.
Add keyword rich content to the image name: therefore the image name could be:

meatloaf_bad_out_of_hell.jpg
